Winter shines brightest at the 22nd Annual Clarks Summit Festival of Ice! This beloved community tradition transforms downtown Clarks Summit into a sparkling outdoor gallery filled with creativity, music, food, and family fun.

This year’s theme, “The American Dream: Carved in Ice,” celebrates 250 years of freedom and spirit with dazzling, patriotic ice sculptures and the warm energy of local businesses and neighbors coming together. Wander the streets to admire more than 60 hand‑carved ice sculptures, enjoy live music and entertainment, hop on a horse‑drawn carriage ride, and explore downtown shops offering special festival deals.

You’ll also find local food, hot drinks, artisan vendors, art displays, parades, and activities for all ages — making it a perfect winter weekend outing.
