Credit Cards

Credit card transactions are handled online by Stripe or PayPal (you choose at checkout). In person transactions at events or our tasting room are processed using Square.

Shipping Policy

We ship via FedEx in specially designed impact resistant packaging. A person 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for shipments of alcoholic beverages. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Once shipped you’ll be emailed a tracking number.

We are currently only licensed to ship within PA and NY. If you live in another state and are interested in shipping please let us know. If we have enough requests we will consider expanding further!

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with every bottle of Deep Roots Hard Cider and if you’re not, we want to hear about it! We do not accept returns due to the nature of our product and cost of shipping. Contact us immediately if there are any issues and we will work with you to make things right.

Refunds and replacements will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis but rest assured our goal is to make things right and leave you feeling confident in future purchases.
